Joy Boy Agency is an entertainment and animation agency for resorts on the Egyptian Red Sea. This page explains what this website does with your information (very little) and the terms under which you may use it.

What this website collects
Nothing personal on the public website: it has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising (the staff-only team portal is described below). It sets no cookies. If you switch between the dark and light theme, that single preference is stored in your own browser (localStorage) and never leaves your device.
Third parties this site connects to
- GitHub Pages hosts the site. Like any web host, GitHub may record technical request data such as your IP address; see GitHub's privacy statement.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser requests font files from Google; see Google's privacy policy.
- Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and TripAdvisor open those services, which have their own privacy terms. Videos and images are hosted with the site itself.
When you contact us
If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we use your name and contact details only to reply and to prepare the proposal you asked for. We do not sell or share them. Write to the address above at any time to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.
The team portal (staff only)
Staff and applicants can register at /team/ with their Google account. There we collect what is needed to employ and pay them: name, gender, date of birth, nationality, contact and emergency-contact details, identity document number, expiry and a photo of the document, payment details (bank, InstaPay or mobile wallet), skills, experience, availability, a profile photo and, only if the person chooses to give them, medical notes or allergies their team leader should know about. Staff assigned to a hotel can record their attendance in the portal; at the moment of check-in and check-out the portal stores the time and the phone's GPS position once, to confirm the person is at the hotel. Location is never tracked continuously and is not read at any other time. This data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore) servers, is visible only to the person themselves and to Joy Boy Agency's management (office notes about a candidate are visible to management only), and is used solely for staffing, contracts, hotel security passes and payroll. It is kept for the duration of the working relationship and as long as Egyptian labour and tax law require afterwards. Registration requires explicit consent; anyone can ask for their record to be corrected or deleted by writing to the address above. The portal keeps two small things in the browser of the phone itself: the screen preference (automatic, light or dark) and, if the person switches shift reminders on, a random device number so the reminder reaches that phone. Neither identifies anyone on its own.
Because this site sets no cookies and runs no tracking, no cookie banner is shown. If analytics are ever added, this page will be updated first and consent will be asked for where the law requires it.
Terms of use
Information, not an offer
Everything on this site describes what Joy Boy Agency does. It is not a binding offer. Programmes, team sizes and budgets are proposed individually for each resort after a brief, and only a signed agreement creates obligations.
Content and ownership
Photographs and video clips are the property of Joy Boy Agency and were taken at resorts where the agency ran the entertainment programme. Guest reviews are quoted verbatim from public TripAdvisor pages and remain the work of their authors; award cards and certificates are reproduced as published by TripAdvisor, HolidayCheck and Booking.com, whose names and marks belong to their owners. Please do not reuse our images or clips without written permission.
Accuracy and liability
We keep this site accurate, but rankings, review counts and third-party information change over time and are shown as captured on the dates indicated. The site is provided as is; to the extent permitted by law, Joy Boy Agency is not liable for loss arising from its use or from third-party sites it links to.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
